Participated in the 2nd symposium on the Philosophy of Computation

Poster for a symposium about Robert Rosen

The research group on the philosophy of computation at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) invited me to talk about the history and foundations of relational biology, celebrating the 90th birthday of Robert Rosen (1934-1998), who made fundamental contributions to theoretical biology and explored the limits of the computation framework to describe complex natural systems. The symposium itself had an impressive llineup of speakers, with a great variety of talks, roundtables, and even musical events, and I'm looking forward to the next edition in 2025.
